Vitamin C Boost


A Glut of Citrus Fruit, very interesting cookbook, but the recipe chosen was a crazy venture that could have turned disastrous. But it worked!


Pork meat simmered in orange juice and mustard for over an hour. The mix of orange juice, mustard and the meat juices made for a very elegant taste.


Chunks of orange were added to the stew right before eating. Served over noodles.
