Everything about Shaktea is colourful and alive. Smooth organic cinnamon swirl rooibos tea seved in a hand painted tea cup.
Freshly baked (on-site) honey ginger pumpkin pie. Delicious - a visit to Shaktea is like a visit to a spa, it adds ten years to your life.
By contrast, the competition is best described as drab. Despite higher prices, there is nothing special about the teas, service was slow, and the scone served with half a teaspoon of marmalade (seriously - under the covered little plate to the left of the scone).
Don't waste your time.
