Improvised Fancy

When there is no time to cook, fish fillets are always an option. But a fast improvised dinner does not mean it has to be plain.

So the fish fillet went into a fancy bun, topped with camembert cheese and lettuce, served with tartar sauce and pickled thyme.

Very fancy.

Coincidentally, my dear lovely neighbour dropped off a chunky piece of trifle.

Extremely colourful with the custard, fruit and jello. And knowing how much I love anything white and creamy, this made for a perfect ending to the improvised fancy meal.

Thank you Replacement Chef for the improvised sandwich.

Thank you dear lovely neighbour for the triffle.
