My dear lovely neighbour sure spoils me. After yesterday's Indian Breakfast, today I was invited (again) to a lovely Indian dinner.
The highlight was an introduction to a Sri Lankan specialty - sting hoppers made from red rice and served with coconut-yogurt sauce and a very hot coconut and pepper chutney.
This was accompanied with a delicious meat and potato curry.
And for vegetables, a simple cabbage dish.
But nothing beats the special raita that my dear lovely neighbour makes with cucumbers, onions and tomatoes.
I so love those discoveries at my dear lovely neighbour and so lucky to have you as my dear lovely neighbour.
