Addicted to Fishworks

This is my third visit to Fishworks and third time impressed (Read Second Time Around and Fish & Art in North Van).

To have consistently exceptional service in any restaurant is a miracle these days. But at Fishworks, not only is the excellent service consistent, but it is the same server remembering the guests after one visit six months ago.

Pleasant all around, the lunch comprised sharing a tomato vodka soup (don't worry, says the server, the vodka is cooked so you can safely drive afterwards), Qualicum Beach Scallops Risotto with peas and bacon (order it for the scallops), the Halibut festival crusted grilled halibut in a lobster bisque (the best bisque I have had) and a side of perfectly done vegetables.
