Another Meal Inspired by Joy of Feeding

The upcoming 3rd Annual Joy of Feeding event is coming up on June 30 (click HERE to buy tickets) with somerville kitchen being one of the 16 home cooks from 16 different ethnic backgrounds.

And part of the event is a beautiful booklet with stories of the 16 home cooks and recipes to their food.

Following the booklet's recipe and instructions, I successfully cooked a Beef & Vegetable Pulao from Iran.

Beef and onions are the base. Carrots and green beans are the vegetables.


I even followed the Iranian rice making instructions word for word and, for the first time, I am almost successful in making Iranian rice.
