A wacky day necessitates a wacky meal.
With no wacky recipes around, I created one and I am sharing it with you.
It is called White Mountain pasta.
First, you get your fresh (yes, only works with fresh) peas ready.
You then cook half an onion, chopped, in olive oil (not any other oil).
Add 1.5 - 2 cups of yogurt (and make sure you use plain, not the vanilla or honey - they are all looking the same these days).
Lots of black peppercorns chopped in half and bring to boil slowly.
Now add the peas, let all simmer for a couple of minutes.
During this time, spaghetti is boiled and ready.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the White Mountain sauce, mix well and serve.
A jardin salad, a glass of rosé and White Mountain pasta - a lovely wacky ending.

I never would have thought to put yogurt in with pasta. This looks rather lovely :)
