Picnic season continues, but today's picnic was at sunset.
It tried to be glamorous but not sure we succeeded.
But the wine was good, the company exceptional and the food, an experiment, turned out very good; I have to admit.
Dinner, after a spread of appetizers, was:
Home made fatoush
Freekeh cooked with chicken broth
Chicken and potatoes baked in garlic lemon sauce.
Delicious.
And a Trafiq cake was the icing on the cake!
