This is the 5-step workout:
Step 1: Fill up a third of the jar with whipped cream.
Step 2: Cover tightly and start shaking and shaking (hard, fast shaking, nothing wimpy).
Step 3: Make sure you have at least 15 minutes to spare.
Step 4: Start your stopwatch. No timer - this exercise does not work with a set time.
Step 5: Follow the instructions below and enjoy calorie burning in return for home churned fresh butter.
In about five minutes, check on the contents - the liquid should start to thicken.
You want to make sure you take it beyond a whipped cream texture and more towards a mayonnaise texture.
Close the lid and continue shaking.
Another three to four minutes and you will start seeing two textures forming at the same time.
One is what will become your butter. The other is your butter cream.
Keep a close eye on it now. Within ten minutes, the butter is ready.
If you continue shaking, you will end up reversing the process. Empty the cream and enjoy a freshly home made delicious butter.
