My cupboards are filled with spices and condiments that I receive as gifts so it was time to tackle the stock.
Tonight's was a jar of Greek Spices. What to do with it was easy - Greek Chicken and Potatoes.
I simply mixed chicken, potato chunks, The Greek Spices, lemon and garlic.
Threw all in a baking dish and baked a delicious simple dinner.
