I have tried The Flying Pig in Yaletown few times (and really enjoyed it - Read The Pig), today I had the pleasure of lunching at the new Gastown location.
The buzz, the food, the service - all as good as Yaletown.
Which is just as well since their Parmesan Breaded Chicken Cutlet was excellent and filling.
(though those mashed potatoes have way too much butter for us aging people)
A must on every visit to The Flying Pig is their Crispy Brussels Sprouts - don't miss out on it.
