Friday evening, end of week, not much in the fridge or pantry, dinner company, what to do? A Friday Smörgasbord!
- Yogurt (so I can get rid of what is left)
- Leftovers Football Kebbeh (see yesterday's Football Kebbeh)
- Lettuce fried with garlic and onions in olive oil (yes, I know its weird but it tastes delicious)
- Rice (just because I like my carbs)
- Frozen humus (took forever to defrost)
- Grilled cheese sandwiches (more like warmed cheese sandwiches)
Menu was so nonsensical that it intrigued Martian cat to look out through the planets.
