100% Jardin Crop Dinner

Look at this bountiful jardin, sustainability at its best, even on a small lot. Would I have enough to make a dinner 100% from my own crop tonight?

First, the snow peas were taken seriously today (see Boys Will Be Boys), and it was amazing how many more have spurted overnight (or have been hiding all along). The celery had three nicely developed stalks to add to the mix. Two of the three Chinese broccoli were chopped off. And finally some mini orange and purple carrots were pulled out.

Stir fry in sesame oil, add cooked chicken, and the most tasty stir fry ever made was served. The ladybug protecting the carrots from aphid came along and hung out on the counters watching its protected crops being enjoyed.
