... and decorated with fried pita, jardin parsley and love.



Second Course:

A staple on Ramadan table; Fatoush...

...with vegetables chopped so fine, they look like gems...

...and deep fried pita chips.



Third Course:

A feasting dish that is differs in the details by Arab country...

...but always has meat, rice and nuts...

...and this one was mom's way.



Fourth Course:

Festive sweets by special request...

...are somerville kitchen Atayef...

...stuffed with ricotta cheese and cream mix.
