A sweet simple recipe from Bon Appetit. I won't bore you with details, just a picture and the recipe below. Try it while some fresh blueberries are still around and enjoy.
Whisk 1.5 cups flour, 3 Tbsp sugar, 1.5 tsp baking power and 0.5 tsp salt.
Add 6 Tbsp butter, incorporate using your fingers.
Gently mix 0.5 cup plus 1 Tbsp creme and kneed until a biscuit-like dough forms
In another bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp flour, 6 cups blueberries, 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 Tbsp lemon zest.
Pour blueberry mix into an baking dish, crumble the dough topping on top.
Bake in a 375 oven for 45 minutes or so. Cool before eating.
Enjoy after a nice Know-it-all Quiche dinner!
