Simple Spicing Weekend - Sunday

As I explained yesterday (Read Simple Spicing Weekend - Saturday), this weekend is about simple cooking.

Among the many gifts in the cupboards, there was this lovely 'grey' sea salt as a gift from France.

It was time to use it.

Lamb shanks, potatoes, a can of tomatoes, garlic, peppercorn, vegetable broth, bay leaf and some parmesan cheese.

Mix and throw in the slow cooker all day for a delicious, not too salty, lamb shank stew.
