Stuffed Chicken Marsala

Tonight's meal idea and recipe was submitted by the two months anniversary contest's first runner up (see October 5 entry - somerville kitchen Two Months Anniversary Contest).Thank you.

Chicken stuffed with Italian proscuitto, Fontina cheese and thyme, fried, then simmered in a mushroom, Marsala wine and chicken broth.

Served with potato-turnip gratin.

Messy stove, countless calories, but definitely worth it. Thanks again A.
