This was surely a cooking adventure. I have not even heard of Kaposta Testa before today, let alone cooking it. But it worked out very well. Tasty, peppery, and went very well with the Ukrainian sausages I had on hand. And yes, I did use Hungarian paprika and lots of pepper. As for the noodles, they were the regular Chinese packaged noodles. This was fun and YUMMY, thanks Empress!
