Aboard the Snow Prince

All on-board call just after 5:00 pm for a client-sponsored cruise on board of the Snow Prince - a fishing boat that went into operation in 1937 and turned into a luxury boat in the 90's.

While the captain was giving security instructions, his wife was busy making a delicious meal.

Salmon florets to start, egg rolls, a seafood dip to munch on, and a delicious rose seafood chowder were eaten as we crossed under the Lions Gate Bridge.

The main meal was a pistachio crusted salmon served with three delicious salads pictured below:

Steak mushroom spinach salad
Mandarins, blueberry and dates salad
Shrimp and avocado salad

Almost four hours later, we went through False Creek and back on one of the most enjoyable summer evenings to-date.

We docked munching on chocolate, carrot and cheese cakes. A pleasant evening indeed.
