Spontaneous Chinese

Original dinner plans were leftover stir fry (see Pancake Craze) and leftover salad.




But guests dropped by, no time to cook. Few vegetables in the fridge were brought out to add to the leftovers.




And a stop-over at Buy-Low on the way from work picked up some packaged Chinese food to carry over the theme.




The Wong Wing stuff looked great on a plate. The egg rolls (with three different stuffing) were alright. The fried rice was a nightmare to heat up and had one week's worth of sodium in that little box.




The freshened up stir fry, with more vegetables and salad leaves mixed in, turned out just delicious.
