A Simple Saturday

For a change, I listened to my mother and had three meals today; all healthy, simple and small portioned.

10:30 am - two fried eggs, salt free, a piece of toast with thinly sliced cheese and a glass of mango, raspberry, honey and ginger home made smoothie.

2:30 pm - a vegetables snack from My Dear Lovely Neighbour

 7:45 pm - a cup of pasta shells with home made tomato meat sauce and a piece of broiled bread with no butter.

And no dessert!
