15 Years of Trafalgar & 1 Car Crash

Trafalgars Bistro, one of my favourite restaurants in the city, is celebrating its 15 years anniversary.

And as an anniversary gift, some idiot drove their car right into the restaurant, closing the place for few days and now re-opened with a warning sign on its door.

So a bunch of us went to brunch at Trafalgars Bistro today to celebrate its re-opening.

And what best to indulge in than their free range poached eggs over better-than-bun thick and filling potato latkes.

This extremely appetizing poached egg is over braised lamb. And no, that is not what I had (today is a meat-free day). Mine was equally tasty, slightly less decadent, no sauce poached eggs over spinach.

But the real treat were the complimentary Mimosas that Trafalgars Bistro is serving to celebrate its anniversary for all lunch and brunch attendees.

And no matter how much you stuff yourself, you cannot ignore their desserts (but just one to share over five Mimosa drinkers).

So get yourselves over to Trafalgars Bistro in the next 25 days and enjoy. I'll join you if you invite me...
