somerville kitchen is honoured to be asked to join the cooks of 2013 Joy of Feeding this summer.

And the best perk of joining this is a briefing private lunch at Vij's.

Yes, over pots of freshly made dahl and vegetable korma, all 15 cooks were briefed on the event.

Talking about cooking for 900 people further increased our appetite to enjoy this Vij's feast.

The event menu was planned. For now, I am keeping my dish a secret but keep an eye on the blog early March when an announcement is made.
