Welcoming Freshness

After the horrible hostage incidence yesterday (Read A New Airline - BFA), it was so refreshing to be spoiled with Lebanese freshness.

A freshly made blackberry syrup was a delicious refreshment to hydrate the body.

Local food cannot taste better than the local cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, and pears that awaited me.

Healthy home made cooking included a huge platter of stuffed grape vine leaves, small zucchinis and tomatoes.

For dessert, a freshly made rice pudding, still warm, perfectly refreshing.
