Cook 1.5 cups wild rice and put aside.
Brown meat or chicken in butter and set aside.
In same pan, stir fry 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, 3 cups sliced mushrooms and 0.75 cup diced celery.
Toss in the cooked rice.
Add the meat, 1 cup peas and 0.25 cup Soya sauce, chicken broth or vegetable broth.
Mix and heat over medium heat for 6 - 8 minutes and enjoy.
