Two Pots and A Chef
At noon, two pots came out and sat on a stove.
Next to them lay this year's J
oy of Feeding cookbook
and my lovely Indian Spices Christmas gift.
And if I am cooking Indian, the hot peppers needed to make their way to the counter.
The exotic aromas filled up somerville kitchen along with Bollywood music.
Two beautiful dishes were made - a spicy potato and green beans and a very spicy meat and potato curry.
The pots kept warm in front of the fire all day, bringing the spicing to its optimal flavour by the time the meal was served for dinner.
