Wacky Recipe

I am sure all my Ukrainian, Polish and Hungarian friends are going to disown me when they read about this wacky recipe.


It was a wacky cooking experience. What was I cooking really?

Here I am browning the onions as if to fry the perogies in. But at the same time, I am boiling lasagna.

I made mashed potatoes, then I grated cheese.

Wait, it gets better. You lay it all out like a lasagna and bake it, with the onions on top.

You eat it, and it tastes like a perogie. Well, more like a wacky perogie.

I love my Wacky Thursdays.
