Salsa Romesco Recipe

Thank you J for the recipe - give it a try my readers; it is excellent.

1 red pepper 
1 tomato
roast/broil in oven, peel, seed

3/4 c almonds 
1 tbsp crushed dried chilis 
1/2 c olive oil
heat almonds and chilis in oil until golden

combine pepper, tomato, almonds and oil with the following in a blender and blend until smooth
4 cloves garlic 
3 tbsp red wine
1 tsp salt 
1 sm onion chopped
generous grinding of pepper
