Almost Perfect

A wise man once said, practice makes perfect.

And today I embarked on my fourth attempt at making Ghormeh Sabzi (Read my third attempt HERE).

And I am happy to say I am getting the hang of this dish.

Turmeric - check. Adding dried lemons 30 minutes before - check (I think I will put the dried lemons an hour before I turn it off next time).

Even the Iranian rice was a major improvement over other attempts.

Now I am ready for a Ghormeh Sabzi cook off with any Iranian - any takers?
