It's A Salad Kind of Night

The potatoes and eggs got boiling, but what to do with them.

In Lebanon, you would smash boiled eggs and boiled potatoes together, sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil and eat with pita bread and olives - delicious. 

In Canada, they were turned into a potato salad. But what else to eat with it?

Gold Seal tuna salad of course - with lots of orange peppers, pickles, mayonnaise and mustard (In Lebanon, you would have sprinkled lemon juice on the tuna and ate it with pita bread).
