This is how dinner started.
What I am cooking is a Spanish Omelette Sandiwch.
You start by making a typical Spanish Omelette (Click HERE for recipe).
For fun, you add green and red peppers.
But now the real fun begins.
Cut a large round loaf in half.
Slip the omelette on the base of the roll. Cover with the other half.
Cut and serve.
Very tasty, not as filling as one thinks despite all the potatoes and the bread.
Served at somerville kitchen with lamb sausages...
.... after disgracing the full country of Spain (sorry).
