I have never had cream of wheat before.
Yes, despite my obsession with white and creamy, I have not.
I set out to try it with the bulk stuff, rather than the envelopes.
I follow the recipe, I get out my milk and maple syrup and I cook.
It turned out a bit thicker than what I imagined it to be.
It was alright. I am promised a gift of the stuff that comes in an envelope.
Any wise advice from my readers for my discovery journey of cream of wheat?

my mom used to make this for my dad and would mix in chocolate powder meant for milk...so it was chocolaty good.
