Healthy & Tasty

An easy recipe I found.

It includes barley, bulghur and brown rice.

It also includes onions, carrots and celery.

You cook the vegetables and you add the grains.

All are cooked with chicken broth and (no idea why) a quarter of a cup of sherry.

It takes lots of liquid, so add more broth and water; until all are cooked.

Then you add grilled almonds and indulge.

It is good, healthy and tasty.
