It all started with My Dear Lovely Neighbour passing on some cooked chicken and Vindaloo sauce.

Onions and cilantro chopped. Chicken separated. Potatoes diced. All fried until the potatoes cooked.

A generous portion of Vindaloo sauce added - a delicious creation.

Of course, the real flavour comes out in the food presentation.
