How to recharge your batteries for the day or week ahead
a prefect Sunday or Friday night activity
1. Bring out your turmeric and cinnamon
2. Add 0.5 tsp of each to a cup of milk, mix and heat up.
3. Pour into one of your favourite mugs (this is key).
4. Optional - add a tsp of sweetened condensed milk (can be substituted by cocoa, honey, or sugar).
5. Turn off all computers and clocks, pick up a good book and enjoy your drink while reading in front of the fire.
