Today is the last Sunday before lent begins. In Lebanon, we refer to this day as Marfaa. Since people are giving up food left and right for 40 days, we feast on this day.
Of course somerville kitchen participated in the feasting. What will I be giving up? Two things; the first is red meat (except on Sundays).
And the second is (and I am hurting so much already) sweets including all the white and creamy ones and more....
