somerville kitchen cookbook club kicked off its 2015 season a bit late, but with blue clothes and review of everyone's newest cookbook.
As the host, somerville kitchen featured Mark McEwan Rustic Italian cookbook which I have to admit I found it to have more useable recipes than I expected.
From the cookbook, two dishes were served - a mushroom and rosemary mix over mascarpone and gorgonzola spread...
... along with roasted thyme beets with pistachio.
