Xi Shi Lounge's 'Traditional' Afternoon tea with a traditional Chinese tea pouring show is pretty wacky, pretty expensive, but pretty fun way to spend an afternoon.
The selection of food is a wacky combo of British and Chinese, bringing even more entertainment to the experience.
From Britain, we have the freshly baked scones with raisins and oranges served with preserve and clotted yummy cream.
Dungeness crab salad sandwiches trying too hard to be British and the Char Siu Pork trying too hard to be Chinese (and both failing).
But the sesame prawn toasts and the wraps are to die for.
The sweets, on the other hand, were all exceptional.
Blood orange mousse, steamed coconut cream bun, rice cakes and a spoon of mango pudding with lime meringue and pineapple.
You can have sparkling wine along with the tea, an extra special touch.
A great place for a hanging out with friends, a to-impress blind date or an amazement for a tourist.
