Introduction to Hanoi Pho

In the part of Vancouver where pigeons eat better than humans there is a special place feeding humans well and at a good price.

Hanoi Pho packs up pretty quick for lunch. It is family owned and operated that clearly comes through from the time you are welcomed to the time you pay.

My favourite Vietnamese food are the noodles with grilled meats and vegetables. Hanoi Pho does meat very well and very fresh.

Mixing it all together, I enjoyed a very filling, tasty lunch as I geared up to go back to a busy day.
