Shuman Chicken
This booklet goes back to the 70's. It was a promotional piece for a chicken farm that my father managed at that time. I have kept it since then and use it regularly. Tonight's dish was one of those 20 recipes: chicken, rice and cheese cake with a tangy cheese sauce. Served with an avocado and mandarins salad with mustard-vinegar dressing.
