Will It Freeze?



Will It Freeze? is one of the most useful kitchen books I have. It shows you in alphabetical order how to freeze any fresh food item.

And my use of this book is going to expand exponentially now that I have a small new Danby freezer. I simply could not resist its size (W 32", D 21", H 31" - fits perfectly in my laundry room) nor its price ($199).



The freezer filled up very quickly - three salmons fished by my neighbour last summer, chicken, steaks, ground beef and all sorts of stuff I could not fit in my new fridge.
