First Non-Lebanese Jardin Zucchini

Yesterday, le jardin gifted somerville kitchen its first Lebanese zucchini (see Blogiversary Gifts). Today, le jardin gifted the kitchen with its first dark non-Lebanese Zucchini.

Now what to do with this sizable zucchini? Stir fry of sorts came to mind. I have mushrooms in the fridge, but no other vegetables.

Back to le jardin. The second batch of carrots is not ready yet; celery is boring with zucchini and mushrooms, what else?

Well, one can always count on the snow peas. A whole bunch of them were ready to cook and were picked up for the meal.

Okay, now I am ready to tackle the meal. Chop the zucchini and mushrooms, stir fry in a bit of sesame oil, throw in the snow peas, add a bit of water mixed with corn starch and soy sauce, thicken a bit and add to cooked Chinese noodles.

Another delicious jardin meal. Thank you jardin!
