Business Lunch aux Tableau Again

A perfect day for a business lunch on a sunny patio at Tableau Bar Bistro. As mentioned in my previous article on Business Lunch aux Tableau, I have been there few times. But like French wine, the more this place ages, the better the experience is becoming (keep it up Tableau).

Three of us wanted to share an appetizer of focaccia and brie with tomatoes. Our lovely server (who we are not sure whether he is really French or is a great actor putting on a French accent) managed to get the chef to split this tiny appetizer into two platters and beautifully present it to us. Thank you.

Tuesday special is rabbit dijonnaise.

Having (a) never tasted rabbit and (b) searching for fun blog content, I ordered the special.

Wonderful choice.

The rabbit meat tasted like a blend of turkey and chicken, the sauce exceptional and the what I bet are home made spätzle were perfect.

But if you are sensitive about eating dear Bugsy, then go for the many artistically (and so French) presented sandwiches.

 Je reviendrai bientôt!
