3rd Annual Joy of Feeding Coming Up Soon

And somerville kitchen is one of the 16 home cooks from 16 different ethnic backgrounds participating in the 3rd Annual year's Joy of Feeding event on June 30 (click HERE to buy tickets). 

To get into the spirit of Joy of Feeding, somerville kitchen will  be cooking a few of the recipes from the recipe book you get when you attend the event.

Tonight was a delicious chicken stew from Ghana.

Very simply spiced with garlic, onions and ginger. Lots of tomatoes and simmering for a delicious home made food that I would have never tasted nor been able to make without attending the Joy of Feeding.

So join me on June 30 for this international food fair and UBC Farm fundraiser one-of-a-kind food event.
