Vegetables Abundance

An abundance of vegetables turned into a vegetarian feast at somerville kitchen tonight.

Leftovers from my weekend trip to River District Farmers Market
were sliced up long and thick for a stir-fry.

My dear lovely neighbour added  her fresh off the vine zucchinis.

Boiled, mixed with lemon, olive oil and garlic for a light salad that went very well with her potatoe cauliflower cilantro curry.

Wonder what is the nutritional content of my meal tonight??
