A Fall Turkey

A Fall is not a Fall without a Fall Turkey, specially if I am not the one cooking it.


To balance the Fall colours, lots of greens were added to the table - peas, broccoli, beans and asparagus.

Those nicely accompanied the colourful sweet potatoes.


And of course the stuffing - and this was one fancy, all home made stuffing.

And there comes the star turkey, all carved and ready to serve.


If two plates like this were not enough to fill up a human being, then the dessert selection did it.

Home made apple and grapefruit crumble and pumpkin pie.


 And I was happy to indulge with lots of white and creamy, savoury and sweet.



Happy Thanksgiving and thank you Turkey chef for the lovely meal.
