Vegetarian Feasting

What to feed a vegetarian guest?

Well, the options at somerville kitchen are endless. Just look at this fascinating feast that was put together for my vegetarian guest.

There was humus, okra with onions and tomatoes, beans cooked with onions and tomatoes and a simple lettuce and jardin herbs.

And to spice it up a bit, mini bagels with smoked cheddar cheese and cream cheese.

All following a nice hot warm plate of Turlu.

One would think we are so healthy. Well, wait till you see the very Fall, very pumpkiny desserts!
