This is my new import; brought to you directly from my mom's kitchen in Lebanon.
I just love this pot with all the colours and the memories of mom's food. But strict instructions came with the pot not to use on direct heat; resulting in another import from the Lebanese dollar store.
The pot was put to use as soon as it landed. Tailor's scraps (the literal translation of the Lebanese name for this meal) was cooked in it - a nice slow cooking and served in the pot, just like at mother's kitchen.
