The answer was, why not! So to kick off December as Fireplace Cooking Month, we went easy on the house and started with hot dogs.
Easy, quick, freshly off the grill, including toasting the buns and a perfect winter hot dog was served.
With freshly made potato chips and all the toppings; this was a memorable hot dog for sure.
Too bad I forgot about the bag of marshmallows in my pantry.... next fireplace BBQ.
