Listen to the Recipe

I picked up my new cookbook Bountiful to make a simple vegetarian dinner - baked cauliflower and edamame fritters.

The cauliflower marinates in all those sauces you see in the picture and gets baked.



The edamame fritters looked like this in the cookbook.

I, not finding frozen edamame, used frozen broad beans instead.

I tried to make them into patties - no luck. 

I thought I will just drop them in the oil as if I am making pakoras - they disintegrated.

I should just follow Bountiful recipes word for word.
